For 18 years at Google, I led global teams through one of the most demanding growth trajectories in tech. I built programs, led recruiting, shaped culture, and managed teams of 500+ people around the world. That experience taught me what it really takes to build leadership capability at scale. It also showed me the complexity, the trade-offs, and what makes leaders and teams genuinely effective.
